Scoring
How the score works
Each layer is scored from 0 to 10 against a rubric set for the role. The overall interview score is a weighted average, and the recruiter's recommendation always accompanies it. A score helps you compare candidates; it never replaces your judgement.
Default weighting
- CV evaluation25%
- AI interview40%
- Practical assessment35%
Weights can be adjusted per role with your hiring manager.
Fairness
Fast, consistent, and fair.
Same questions, same rubric
Every candidate for a role is assessed the same way.
Consent first
Candidates know how each stage works and consent before recording.
People decide
AI supports the process. Recruiters and you make the decisions.
