Permanent recruitment or contract staffing? How to choose
· 5 min read
Most hiring plans include both long-term roles and short-term needs. Choosing the right model for each role saves money and avoids awkward exits later.
When permanent recruitment fits
Choose permanent recruitment for core roles that hold knowledge, lead people or own long-running work. You pay a one-time fee as a percentage of annual CTC, and the hire joins your payroll.
When contract staffing fits
Choose contract staffing for projects with an end date, seasonal peaks, or teams with headcount limits. The resource stays on our payroll, we handle compliance, and you pay a monthly amount per resource.
Contract-to-hire: the middle path
Not sure yet? Start on contract and convert to permanent once the role, and the person, have proven themselves.
